It is not unheard of buying BAD distrib caps , look at it and see if is on right also and then see if it is good inside, 1st making sure the plug wires are pluged in all the way on the drivers side, its odd all the misfires are on the same side but not impossible.

you should have done a intake gasket while doing the injectors . They are well known for going, still today on the newer trucks they are junk ,just did a 2003 truck

Does the fuel pressure regulator run off the fuel rail on that
bank? I had a Pontiac that did this same thing, and it was the regulator. Otherwise it might be the intake gasket on that bank since all are misfiring on the same side.

Spray some carb cleaner on the intake while idling. If it revs, do the gaskets

You probably checked this already… but did you get the wires on properly on that side?… If you mixed them up at the cap, that would definately cause this. It is easy to do, can’t say I have ever done this myself…

I should of added that ive checked for leaks tryed a differnt cap and wires are all right.the thing that is wierd about this is that the missing comes and goes it seems to miss for 2 3 days then clears up and rungs good for 2 or 3 days. i have talked to mechanics that i know and there boggled by how it can come and go like that.

I started using a smoke tester when trying to determine if the intake gasket is bad or not and have found it to be very reliable method so far. Thats how I found out it was bad on the 2003 truck I did . On WARM days it would run good and on COLDER days it would idle ruff till warmed up.

I replaced his intake gasket and truck runs great.

With what you said in mind ,I personally would do the intake gasket for sure. Making sure you use the NEWEST gasket availiable from a GM dealer .Do NOT use an aftermarket gasket or you WILL be doing it again soon.
