Tell me about it I turned 28 today. Which I know is still young but the highlight of my day so far has been picking out the best NY strip I could find at the grocery store. Pretty sad, ok you talked me into it I’m going to the tavern to shoot some pool.

    Happy Birthday!

One of my sons turns 23 this week. I deal with getting old in two ways. First I have the Dr. replace parts. Just got a new hip two months ago. The other is a drink a few more adult beverages to help with the pain. Getting older is not a bad thing, you just have to reevaluate what you are capable of doing. I am back in the gym from 1 to 1 1/2 hours a day again. It’s not like before, but its improving. Take care of your body, you only have one. I wish someone would have told me that many years ago or maybe they did and I was too stubborn to listen. Can’t remember, maybe just another sign of getting older. You are as young as you feel and act so get jiggy with it!!!!!!

Happy Birthday sir. Being 31 today says that you may well reach 100 or better. Long way to go but you have to make it to the finish line. Best of luck getting there.

I’ll be turning 50 this year but that doesn’t bother me. What bothers me is that my body feels like 65.

June must be the time to get to get it on because my dad is the 8th and my wife is 37-1/2 weeks pregnant. The Dr. I saw today was also having a B-day! I have a bunch of family born in March.

Just wanted to give the older guys a hard time! See if you guys still have a pulse.

Most of the responders are quite young, like yourself.

    Enjoy it while you can,
