My leaked a secret that she was looking into a trip somewhere warm where we can both do some bass fishing.

She talked about Del Rio, TX Amistad..Lake Fork etc..

When I looked at the cost to rent a boat for the week, some resorts were charging $200++ per day for just the boat???!!?.

Anyone do a yearly trip anywhere warm to do some fishing ?? If so, what kind of costs? Better to drive? Fly? rent a boat? Bring your own.. ideas ?

It’s all pretty dependent on how many days you have to do this and how far you can drive a day.

15 hours on the freeway will put you in some warmer water. It also depends on when this trip is.

Get down to Branson and you have some night life things to do also. Plenty of reservoirs nearby. If it was me I’d drive and pull my boat. But like I said it depends on how many days you have.
