    Ok…I’m kidding…no booze…

Some of the folks on the hunting side have organized a gtg at Bill’s Gun Range in Circle Pines (their North location) on Thursday, March 5 at 7 pm.

Please post if interested in joining us. I need a count for the guys at Bills.

If your interested in shooting, but don’t have a weapon there are a number of us that are willing to loan out a gun for the cost of your ammo.

Heck, you don’t have to shoot. Just come on down and watch me out shoot Sliderfishing again.

BK, are we doing the apple in your mouth trick again?

I have to laugh thinking about how we went out for dinner afterwards, and I figured between the two of us we had 6 concealed weapons on us and I had at least 70 rounds on me. God only knows how many you had! No one but us knew it.

Good thinking Nick…call my cell…I’ll give you a call when I’m heading over that way..better yet, call me with your wife’s number…you might forget your phone at home.

Tuck, lucky the guy that goes by JJ wasn’t along. Some would say we had an arsenal of high power assault weapons.

Tuck, you bring up a very good point who’s bringing AR’s and what ammo am I going to have to buy to shoot ’em

I’ll have my 4 inch XD 9mm and the wife’s S&W .38 642 with the CT grips. Looks like the Keltec 380 got vetoed once by the wife and seconded by a screaming kid the other night…

Burnsville pistol range is only like $20 to do the transfer, I think everything you need is posted on their site.

I got it on Friday! I found a gent in Hinckley who is a dealer and has 14 more coming. (He sees the writing on the wall. ) I ordered the ATI Tactical stock and forehand grip/light holder. So now I will have a convertible…one look that has a “Hunting” style stock and one quite menacing looking coyote exterminator.

At any rate, it will be at the shoot at Bills…

Hey Nick, I will see if Ritter can bring his new Ruger .380 pocket gun. The price is right and is much nicer IMO than the Keltec.

What is the model of this Ruger .380? May need a ‘throw down’ gun!

LCP iirc, I’ve shot a keltec before, I’d certainly entertain shooting the ruger. I’ve seen Keltec’s for $240, the lowest price I’ve seen on a ruger is $399.

Thanks *Nick* , I have two of the Keltecs, one each for the wife and me. That ‘lil Rugar looks pretty good, may get that also.

It’s a very nice little gun. And it is a Ruger! It is on my wish list.

I’ve got a new Savage Model 25 in a 223 and a new scope on the AR I would like to site in. Will they let you break in a gun there. I know it would take some time shooting a couple rounds, clean, shoot, clean, etc.

Yes. About the only thing they don’t allow is aluminum casings.

Yep, Jon is right..And Mike, they have 50 yards at CP. If you zero that gun at about 1.5″ low at 25 it should be a tad high at 100.

I just did that at Bill’s in Robinsdale yesterday. Unfortunately for me, I didn’t know they were only 25 yards there. Fine for a pistol though!
