Follow up on FW ‘s van

    Fuel pump went out

    Went up to get it this morning, use carb cleaner to drive on the trailer.

    I preached and preached to her not to run less than 1/4 tank of to fuel to keep the pump cool OK, she FILLS it up and the ******* fuel pump goes bad …

    Men…… we just cant win can we ?

    Hmmm, that is interesting. That wasnt one of the things that I first thought it would be. It makes sense now though. Glad you got it figured out and hopefully back on the road soon.

    $180.00 fuel pump (my cost) and $60 trailer rental… Back on the road already

    Now I’m hoping it will build some bonus time on the river ?

    Ya Good luck with that –if it wasn’t for the new TOY we wouldn’t have been in Red Wing anyway…
