Great footage and information James and Jason!
This technique is not just effective on the river. I took it to LBDN several years ago after fishing P-4 and really slammin the Eyes and Sauger. We targetted reefs and gravel flats using H20 jigs and 1/2 crawlers…WOW it was and still is one of my most successful techniques on the Bay.
Those new Draggin jigs look awesome…I think i need a few

Had it all! Warm weather, big sweeping hook sets (including a running two hook set ) long nets and active fish. A lot of new favorite shows this year. Great job guys

Ranks right up there as one of the best episodes so far. Dragging works well on Lake WI as well. Going to have to give it a try on Winnebago this year out on the reefs.

    James,

For a guy like me that doesn’t get on the water very often and haven’t tried a lot of different techniques, your shows are by far the most educational of any show on TV – no secrets, lots of discussion and video of what you are dragging, jigging, trolling and how presentations are made. Also, you identify the structure, depths etc. that help put you on the fish.
    My compliments!!!!!!!

On the flip side, watching the bass bozos kiss 2 pounders for an hour is like watching paint dry.

    Thanks

    Pete

    Mendota,
Being from the same area, what time and what channel are you pulling the shows from?

I DVR it as I’m usually fishing when it is on. Or in Church

I get it on FSN on Sunday mornings at 8 or 9 or something. Channel 26 if you have Charter. For some reason, some weekends, it will tape a show on Saturday and another on Sunday, and they aren’t the same ones.

OOOOOOOOOOOOHHHHH Man! I got the itch watching the show on Sunday! Bring on the warmer temps please!

Great job by James and Jason. I’ll share one little tip that I learned about dragging those jigs on the river. One key to the presentation is to keep the trolling motor speed just a tad bit faster than the speed of the current. This will keep your line tight and keep those BfishN Tackle Draggin’ jigs in an upright position which keeps them as snag-proof as possible. That little tip comes straight from the host, Mr. Holst.

Nice try guys, you ALMOST got me wanting the weather to warm up and the lakes to open.

Good thing that was only a half hour show or I may have been convinced.

ANother Great show as always James and co.
