Love Your Lakes – Shallow Lakes Workshop
The Rice Creek Watershed District is hosting a workshop about the area’s shallow lakes on Valentine’s Day (Sat. 2/14/09) at Wargo Nature Center (7701 Main Street, Lino Lakes, MN 55038) from 9:30 a.m.-1:00 p.m.
This workshop is geared for residents and city decision makers to learn about basic lake ecology, management tools and management plans. Each person’s habits can greatly impact our lakes.
