Well after 7 years the OEM batteries on my Ford F-150 has died. I know there has been many post here on trolling motor battery’s but I’m interested in all of your thoughts on auto batteries. I was thinking about going with a Everstart from Walmart. I want to go with at least 750 CCA and theirs is the cheapest in that Size. The batteries plus one was $15.00 more and the sears diehard was over $30.00 more. Thanks in advance for you thoughts and response.

Gold top from Autozone in my Yota. No idea what it cost, but it starts at -25 deg.

Unless you are willing to spend the extra bucks for an Optima or such you can’t go wrong.

You will be happy with the Everstart from Walmart. This is the forth winter mine has seen and it still test out strong.

Decent batteries….really most are all made from one of two manufacturers, East Penn or Exide, they just slap different stickers on them.

If you are willing/able to spend the extra cash, my strong recommendation would be to get an AGM style.

Ditto. For the money, the availability, and performance, they are hard to beat.

Try Costco. Excellent batteries at great prices.
