    Any word on the river being open yet along with the ramp up river from the Rail road bridge in Davenport?

    Marquett st ramp is open.
    Lots of ICE coming out of the rock, down river of sunset
    saw a few boats out today, didnt look like alot is going on
    half of the rollers ar open
