Guidewear + snowmobiling

    Can I wear my cabelas guidewear parka/overals snowmobiling without beating the crap out of them? I would say yes, anyone do it?

    i did all last winter and it worked great at least the coat did i used my snowmobile pants, and jsut my guide wear coat, but i had a lot of comments about it being to cold to be on a sled when i pulled up on mine, people though i was crazy

    Unless you have nothing else to wear I would say no. Why put the wear and tear on specialized (and expensive) rain gear especially if you ride aggresively? If your just talking riding to fishing spot then no problem. Everyone has a choice but I wouldn’t even consider it. All my snowmobile gear has grease stains from the inevitable work under the hood.
