Trying to figure out what my boat is worth. I have 3 choices right now: a) sell it, b) pay for storage (not happening), or c) keep it at my house and get harrassed all winter with threats of eviction.
I have stored my boats for years at home either in the driveway or near the back of my lot. I had the boat in the driveway and then the snow hit 
So, I had been parking in the street during the day since I am at work all night. I don’t have 4-wheel drive so I had to have a guy come over today to move the boat in the yard. But, that will only bring another round of threatening letters from the owners of the park again.
Paying $600/year for storage is out of the question. I did that for 2 years and it was cut out of the budget.
So, it either has to go soon or ????
The boat is a 1987 Lowe Big Jon, extra wide/extra deep
Motor is a 2002 Merc 25 hp 4 stroke. It was brand new when I bought it in 2007. The dealer had to set it up for me the day of the sale.

I would hate to have to sell this boat since it has been way too reliable and has been the best set-up I have owned (I have owned waayyy to many boats over the years 
)
The versatility of this little rig is also unbeleivable. I fished, duck watched, and trapped out of it with now problems.
But, since storage is getting to be a pain, I feel I am left with no choice. I highly doubt I will ever find another package that I will have as much trust in as I do this one.
Is $3500 too much to ask for this set-up?
