Boat Value?

    Trying to figure out what my boat is worth. I have 3 choices right now: a) sell it, b) pay for storage (not happening), or c) keep it at my house and get harrassed all winter with threats of eviction.
    I have stored my boats for years at home either in the driveway or near the back of my lot. I had the boat in the driveway and then the snow hit So, I had been parking in the street during the day since I am at work all night. I don’t have 4-wheel drive so I had to have a guy come over today to move the boat in the yard. But, that will only bring another round of threatening letters from the owners of the park again.
    Paying $600/year for storage is out of the question. I did that for 2 years and it was cut out of the budget.
    So, it either has to go soon or ????

    The boat is a 1987 Lowe Big Jon, extra wide/extra deep
    Motor is a 2002 Merc 25 hp 4 stroke. It was brand new when I bought it in 2007. The dealer had to set it up for me the day of the sale.
    Trailer is your typical Shorelander bunk
    Minnkota with auto pilot bow mount 55# thrust
    Hummingbird 595c with Navionics Premium North chip

    I would hate to have to sell this boat since it has been way too reliable and has been the best set-up I have owned (I have owned waayyy to many boats over the years )
    The versatility of this little rig is also unbeleivable. I fished, duck watched, and trapped out of it with now problems.
    But, since storage is getting to be a pain, I feel I am left with no choice. I highly doubt I will ever find another package that I will have as much trust in as I do this one.
    Is $3500 too much to ask for this set-up?

    Bring it up to my house, I believe I have room for it in the garage. Just buy me a case of beer for every month you keep it on my property.

    Just leave the Lincoln and Lund full of gas. I need something to drive to Pool 4.

    As for the 4-wheeler…..the kids will enjoy that.

    What do I drink? Anything that’s cold, tastes like beer and is mostly free.

    You got that right Steve
    I really appreciate this offer and many of the others I have received over the years on here. Anything from fishing help, personal issues, and just about everything else in life
    This boat isn’t much and definitely not the chariots that many IDO people fish from, but it is paid for, economical, and an all around good boat. This is the first boat that I really don’t want to get rid of until I am ready to buy a newer boat in a few years

    I have a fenced in (steel fence)yard that you can park it in. Supply your own cover if you want one.

    Cost ya a jug of Windsor, any size.

    I’m about a hour North of the metro on your way to Mille Lacs.

    Let me know if I can help.

    Wats you can keep it at my house also, just another “Thank You” for the great job you did on my patio and drive. I can even make room under my lean-to if you give me a heads up…PM me if you are interested…

    Do you have a friend who lives on a farm or out in the country where you could store it at? Most Mobile Home Parks do not allow boats to be kept at where you live. I’d keep the boat and find a place to keep it at. Does the place you work at have a spot where you could park it at?
    Thanks, Bill

    Judy and i have 100 acres to park things in, near Garrison;;
    times are tuff and not getting much better real soon;
    its all outside– we wont charge anything but maybe ask for some help like getting firewood, pick some rocks, pull down some old fence lines, stay the weekend, camp out, build a campfire,drink beer, go fishing–you know those tough things in life
