    7 below in Eagan, 31 below windchill. Figures! I had the truck all packed ready to pop some holes this morning! Maybe tomorrow, heat wave coming, 8 above.

    Here in Northeast Iowa it says -8!!!! With winds rattling the windows.

    The thermometer reads -10 here on the Alma bluff and the wind is howling like a wounded wolf. the dogs won’t go out and the horses are huddled up in a corner of the barn.

    Sun’s finally up… temps -7. I’m not sure about the wind chill although I’m not sure I want to know either. I’m thinking staying in the office with the heat from the vent blowing on my feet under the desk is going to be top priority today.

    -11 North of Rochester at 7:45AM…wind howling here just like over at Alma, sheeeeesh, this is cold !!

    back of the house showing -12.8 and the one in the front is at -12, weather channel shows -4.

    Here in the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area, it is -28 with the windchill. Funny, yesterday I remember walleye fishing in 48 degree weather.

    I had 10 below plus the windchill. It wasn’t fun hauling hay out this morning. Frosted up my glasses good.

    -4 here in Southeast Nebraska. At least our wind finally died sown to under 20 MPH. Might be ice fishing tomorrow.

    Went to let the dog out this morning, he stopped and looked at me like I was nuts

    Hunted yesterday from 10:30 to about 2. It was 39 degrees when I left the truck. When I got back, it was 13. Man what a change

    All I know is there are a couple more nail pops in the sheetrock today. The house was really creaking last night. Sounded like I was on the pond.
