winter walleyes in wisconsin

    Im new to ice fishing walleyes wondering were the hot spots are in wisconsin. just wondering where to start

    Western WI, you would do well to start on St Croix River, Balsam, Wapogasset, Magnar…..

    Where are you thinking of fishing for them, we might be able to get you a little closer info, though the aforementioned are great places to start if you are in the western part of the state.

    there taint a walleye within a hunnert miles of here….
    ok.. well maybe there is.. but truly its not great winter walleye fishing anywhere near where I live.. they can be had.. but its not easy.. your better off going for panfish if your just looking for some nice eating….
