“By yourself” trailering tricks?

I was curious what tricks or tools you guys use for putting your rig on and off a roller trailer by yourself. I got a little bigger rig last year and have had a few times when I struggled with the process. I’m sure it doesn’t have anything to do with that AARP just sent me an application.
