    This summer Ive been learning how to make wine out of various things. This fall I found a local orchard that has some experience with wine making and I was able to get a 5 gallon container of fresh squeezed un-paturized apple juice from Honey Crips apples. The orchard people told me I REALLY needed to removed some of the juice and heat it over the stove and add southern comfort to my taste… OMG… is that GOOD!… first fresh squeezed unpasturized honey crisp juice is like liquid gold all by itself.. and well.. you all know the healty healing properties of Southern Comfort… this my friends is elixer of the Gods.. I cant wait to see how my wine will turn out too.. but I cant imagine it being THIS good! WOW…
