Hey all you computer savy guys. I have downloaded the ImageResizer.exe program off from the Microsoft website. The problem is that when I “right click” on a picture and then click “resize pictures” and then my “size” and then “ok” it does nothing. I downloaded this same exact program a few months ago and it worked just fine. I have Windows XP. I am about to the point (like the guy in that one video) where I am going to snap and this computer is going to be thrown on the floor or smashed with a maul. 
Is there something that I can check like a default or something as to why the computer will not use this program. I am at my wits end please send help before I go bald
