The nieghbor wants me to help finish her basement. It’s mostly done already but, for simplicity, she has a room that’s 15′ by 30′ that needs framed, sheet rocked, including cieling. Pretty basic stuff!!!! I’ve already talked to the city about the codes, and someone else is doing the electrical. ( Thank god!!!! Been shocked too many times!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway, she’s a good nieghbor and rewards me well for what little I help her with during most of the year. ( $100-$200 Gander mountain cards just for blowing snow.) However, this is a bit bigger job.
She insists on paying me!!! Personally, I enjoy the challenge of the the job and to be honest, this might keep me out of trouble…for a little while!!!! 
Anyway, my question is this. For basic framing, sheet rocking, and mudding for this size of area, what would you folks charge for this size of area????
I just want a fair price….keeping in mind that this is one of the best nieghbors that I’ve ever had.
