It looks like the USCG has done it again to us. If you are a Licensed Guide, Merchant Mariner, restricted, limited or full OUPV you must and will be “TWIC” Licensed. This must all be completed by Dec 30, 2008. For more info go to http://www.twicinformation.com… What a joke!!!!!
