My friend has a 2003 Johnson 9.9 four stroke that is over charging the battery, I have tested the battery and tested good. Replaced the regulator twice, still charging 16.5 volts at half throttle, his main motor is charging fine on same battery. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance, Greg
