Becoming IDO Field Staff Member?

As I sit here and look over all of the posts I think how much I enjoy reading all of the reports from the IDO Field Staff. I also think about how much I enjoy writing up reports of my own and sharing with others.

How could I possibly incorporate these two things together? Easy, become a field staff member myself. Here comes the big question…

What does it take to become an IDO Field Staff member? Are there certain requirements that one must meet? Do you have to know somebody who knows somebody? Do you have to have a certain amount of posts? Whatever the case may be I really would be interested in knowing “What it takes” to be a field staff member.

I fish on a regular basis, 50-75 days a year and do really well in my region, I love writing, taking photos and sharing with others what I learn and what is or isn’t working. So is this enough?

Anyway, a curious mind with a few questions I guess.

    Thanks,
