    Ladies and gentlemen of IDA,
I have a 24 volt variable speed transom mount trolling motor that decided it didnt want to work anymore. The repair shop told me that the circuit board is the culprit. It is only a 40 dollar part but it is not available anymore. The only way to fix it is to replace the innards with a digital board or some such thing at a cost of 370.00 What i am asking is if there is someone out there with a unit like this that doesnt work for some other reason than a bad circuit board that i may take these parts out of to repair mine. Or does anyone know of a trolling motor recycle yard somewhere out there? any help would be most helpful. PM me or post here to let me know. I know that i didnt list the model number ( i dont have it with me right now) but if anyone has an old motor guide laying somewhere i will worry about that then
    Thanks
    ROSCOE
