Traffic jam on south bound 35 near 19

Just a heads up that a construction crew was placing barriers on the shoulder of the south bound 35 and had traffic backed up for miles. Hopefully they got it done and out of the way before the big rush hour hit. Thank the moron MNDOT engineers for letting them do it on a Friday afternoon.
