Well guys I will be comming to Lake City on the 18 th of Oct. Was comming to look at the leaves and was wondering how they are turning. Will be comming up from Guttenberg area . I live in Des Moines Ia. Hope to do some fishing too. Any info will be greatly appreciated. Are the eyes hitting if so where and on what ? Jim
Iven taken the summer off from fishing…. but I will be getting at em pretty soon…. but I CAN talk about the folliage.. up here in the taylors falls area the color was peak on the 8th and leaves are dropping fast…. Ive HEARD that the color is actually better farther north because they had more rain so the trees are holding their leaves better… anyway… Im afraid your going to be a bit late for prime color… and possibly a bit early for prime eyes…. but they DO start going about then…. so you should get SOME color… and SOME eyes…
