Minnows

    Just wanted to know if on pool8 or9 if were suppose to release minnows before loading boat.Heard their was Law passed by dnr.Not sure about it .The way ecomamy is I dont like throwing monyaway.

    I was checked last weekend by the DNR and his first words were ” Just wanted to let you know as of April 3, 2008 you will no longer have to get rid of your minnows you may take them home”. The DNR change there ruling on minnows..

    Fantastic! Now I don’t have to play hide the minnow bucket everytime I leave! Kidding of course…

    You can keep your minnows as long as you did not put them in the river or add river water to the bucket.
