By the way, what’s the deal with the job discussion thing? Isn’t fishing sort of a job?
Sort of. 
I look at it this way, I would much rather be out in the beautiful surroundings of a lake or nice quiet spot on the river than sitting here at my desk for a 12 hour day, then going home and sleeping when the rest of the world is awake. I would much rather be on espn ripping the lips off some big mouth or eye for national t.v. to see. just depends on your priorities.

I plan on fishing the south west (Anderson, Rocky) on Wednesday and Thursday night, then off to the pheasant opener. We caught 17 eyes this past Saterday night from 9-3 a.m. on Lipstick Reef Runners, Clown Husky Jerks, and the old model Banana Thundersticks (I curse the day they changed the design!!) I just bought a cabin on the north end 7 miles north of Garrison, and think it would be great to meet for coffee or a soda/beer (beer for me: ) Let me know if a group decides to get together and I’ll be there. Thursday morning or night is preferable for me. GOOD LUCK TO ALL SITE USERS THIS FULL MOON. LETS ALL REMEMBER TO BE SAFE AND HAVE A GOOD TIME. NOW GO GET THOSE HAWGS! 
well guys, I didn’t get out on saterday like i was hoping too. I guess the big lake got the best of me, I was experiencing some mechanical problems. My battery kept on smoking when hitting the key, so I need to chase down a grounding problem, but the still lake looked like it was going to produce some big fish. i was soo looking chasing the hogs.

Shane, now is the time. If you can get out, go for it. Life’s too short to be playing chicken with a desk. lol. Hopefully you’ll have a chance this weekend. Should be a good one.

“TRIP of a LIFE TIME”
We got on the water a little after 7:00 and had fish in the boat first pass…nothing under 22 inches and a couple just a wee bit shy of 30 inches…awesome night..
James you have those fished wired..thanks for the great time
