How come you can fish for walleyes on pool 2 when the season is closed? I realize you can’t keep them. Why couldn’t you fish them now on the Mississippi at Sartell and St. Cloud? As long as you don’t keep them. Years ago my brother and I where pre-fishing walleyes and a CO chewed us a new one. Just curious.
