I’m planning a day trip to pool 4 this Wed. I know that it is border water, my question is am I good with my Minnesota fishing lic. only, or do I need Wisc. lics. as well? I know that I could look it up, but I can’t seem to find my reg. book. Also, does bringing Dean a dozen cookies really help to put me on fish?
