    Batch of jerky that is. Just put in a fresh batch this morning at 5:45 and by 6:15 it is smelling great. Gotta love venison jerky on one of the coldest weekends of the season.

    Usually when I get up that early in the morning on a weekend the house doesn’t smell like potpourri. Or venisen jerky for that matter!
