I am looking at buying a new bow mount trolling motor and not sure what to get. My boat is a lowe 1652VT. I do not know how long of a shaft I need for a motor and I do not know how much thrust I should have. I would not be using the electric very often, but it would come in handy at times. I was looking at the Minn Kota Terrova. Any suggestions or advice you guys have would be appreciated. Also the Terrova has an optional autopilot feature, do you guys have any thoughts on that?
