Hey guys, im an experienced open water fisherman, and new to ice fishing. I have a couple sweet st.criox rods and Cabellas reels, Gill pills, Diomond jigs, and everything, but am stuck on either getting a flasher(Vexilar) or using my Eagle fishmark 320 with an ice pack. i found the ice pack with everthing i need for 160.00, but cant i make a bracket to use my 200kz boat transducer? whats the diference between that ‘ducer and the ice one? The only reasonI want to use my sonar is I am so familiar with it, and the manual explains how to use it for ice and still fishing. Am i wasting my time or should i just buy a flasher? Thanks in advance, all of your advice is apriciated!!!!!!
