I DON’T EVEN KNOW IF I SHOULD POST SUCH A SUBJECT BUT HAS ANYONE EVER SEEN A RECIEPE FOR SOUR CREAM AND ONION SHEEPIES? WHEN I WAS A KID WE HAD A NEIGBOR AT FRENCH LAKE IN FARIBAULT WHO USED TO MAKE SOURED SHEEPHEAD. AT THAT TIME ALL I THOUGHT SHEEPHEAD WERE GOOD FOR IS BANGING OFF THE BACK OF THE BOAT OR COLLECTING THE STONE IN THEIR HEAD. WELL OLD GEORGE SEEN WE WERE CATCHING ALOT OF SHEPPIES SO HE ASKED IF WE WOULD KEEP A BUNCH AND FILLET THEM. I SAID SURE. WHY? I WILL LET YOU TRY THIS RECIEPE AFTER I WHIP UP A BATCH. ALL I KNOW IS DAD AND I COULDN’T GET ENOUGH OF IT . IT WAS VERY GOOD. DAD AND I NEVER GOT THE RECIPE . HE WOULD ONLY DO THIS WITH SHEEPIES.

Steve? Why the jaw drop? Sheepies are good forage and used across the globe. I’ve never heard of this recipe, but I’m not surprised you like it!
