I like what they’re leaning towards but it still sounds like the jury is out on this one. It’ll be interesting to see what the additional data shows and if their hunches are correct, to what degree will the difference be? I have a feeling it won’t change the dietary recommendations much, just because of past history of mercury consumption. It doesn’t matter what form it was, it still caused problems.
I still like the idea of fish being better for us than earlier thought though.
