I posted a classified ad, but haven’t been able to upload a photo. I’ve tried the Manage Photos page and then chose a photo to upload. After choosing the file, I clicked Update and the page just simply hung. Any thoughts?
There are 3 things that can really keep the system from working…
1) the image needs to be .jpg or .gif. No other file type are accepted.
2) the image is over 2MB in file size.
3) the internet connection of the person transfering the image is too slow to pass the file before the connection times out. This is only a possibility with a very slow dialup account in combination with a massive image file.
Send me your photo to [email protected] and I’ll post it for you. I’ll take a look at the possibility that #1 and / or #2 were the possible culprit.
