I’m a terriible wife!!!

    A few weeks ago Frank posted that it was birthday and I had a lot of great responses (thank you everybody). I haven’t been here much because time has become an issue. Not only am I still working full time but I’ve decided to go back to school and finish my bachelor’s and get my master’s degree as well.

    Well, yesterday was Frank’s birthday. I had to work all day plus I had class last night. At 10:15 last night I was at the store getting groceries to boot! When I got home at about 11:15 I put groceries away and then sat down to visit with my husband before the day was over. He said to me that nobody on IDA said anything about his birthday either. That could be because his wife didn’t think yesterday about putting a post up for him. What a terrible wife I was!!

    With that said, please let Frank know that his IDA family would have wished him a happy birthday had he married someone more thoughtful! Ok, so maybe if he would have married someone who didn’t feel the need to go back to school and have a full time job too……

    Tell him to quit whinning about it! So he’s a year older….Big deal! ….Do ya think in 10 years he’s gonna want to remember his b-day! Hell……..I’m almost 40….Of coarse people think I’m alot older because I’m wise beyond my time! My wife and I don’t say anything about b-day’s except for our son. Frank…..Knock it off,Have a beer and forget about it! Happy Birthday……..Satisfied now?

    Chappy, don’t get so close to the computer while you’re drinking your breakfast! You might spill some on the keyboard and that’d be abusing 2 things this morning…….. beer AND poor Frank!

    As far as your wife goes:shes working full time, going to school and then hitting the store—-we need to give the gal a medal not grief!!!!! Quite the lady you have there Frank but I’m sure you know that. Tell her to take a breath, relax and stop beating herself up.

    Let me be perfectly Frank , aren’t you being a bit over sensitive? My birthday went unrecognized this year also, so I just ignored it and the whole Site for the most part, stopping by now and then just to lurk. However, I could not resist this post. Sound like sour grapes? Not really, as I am older than dirt and without most of my short term memory . I don’t particularly like beer so, I drink sour grapes and I plan to drink some in celebration of your birthday tonight! Won’t you join me in a glass of whine? Oh, by the way Happy Birthday Frank, lest I wander away having forgotten to mention it!

    Yes there is…but a post by the person of honor needs to be viewed on the special day to see it.
