Well my boat is in the shop and I can’t go fishing. I haven’t fished for a week now. I’m having withdrawls. I need a new boat really bad. The worst part about it is I have a family trip to Mille Lacs planned for Thursday and I don’t know if my boat will be done. Wish me luck guys. Just thought I would whine for a while.

What happened to your boat? That catfishing didn’t do you in, did it—or was it the back channel? We talked at the BB/BS event and your boat was working plenty good that day. I bet that little girl still has a smile from that big Walleye, or her Dad does anyway. He was really excited for her. Hang in there, Duck season it getting closer by the day.

My CDI pack went kaput. They’ll have it fixed soon enough. Duck hunting is coming pretty quick. Early goose season starts the day after Labor Day. I don’need a boat for some field hunting. Take care Rich.

I get my boat back tomorrow morning. Five minutes Later I will be making up for lost time on the river. It’s one thing not fishing, it’s another thing not being able to fish.

Didn’t know they still used optical sensors. I had one crap out on me on an old Suzuki 1000cc that I used to ride and the recommended replacement was a Dynatek magnetic pickup.
