    I hear ya Eric. He sold a ton of Reel Weeds last winter. Who would have thought a fishing resort on the RIVER would carry something that’s used mostly in lakes….and backwaters now that I think about it.

    a MOD will have to fix the flaw in the system that will not allow me to link it properally.

    The system is working. Use the Instant UBB Code for adding a URL to your post. That function is listed as “URL” in the UBB Code panel.

    Click URL, paste the address into the window that opens… and walla!

    Nope! I use the URL button it does this to me often usually on older longer coded links.

    Definitely a flaw in the system….

    I love the Costas with Vermillion lenses. Best I’ve found for making the green stand out in the water. I can’t comment on glass lenses as I don’t use them. Been hit too many times with flying lures etc. to take a chance on a lens that can shatter.

    I’ve worn Hobies and Costas. I prefer the Costas mainly for fit. A proper fit is very important. One of my Costas was approx. 12 years old and the laminate started to seperate at the very edge of the lens. I sent them in and they replaced the lenses at no cost. As for lens color remember we all see color differently. So a lens color in one brand might work well for you but not for someone else.

    Thanks guys for all your input.
    Some of the gripes I have with off the shelf cheap polarized sunglasses are;

    1) Fit
    2) Polarization quality
    3) Lens scratches

    I am going to go and try on several different brands and see what fits my mug the best and then make a educated decision based on what I have learned in my research.
    Thanks guys!

    Coasta Del Mar with Copper Glass 580 Lens for overcast and cloudy days, Coasta Del Mar Green Mirrors on bright sunny days, but the copper glass 580 Len’s are hard to beat. You just need to pick the right frames for your face. Yes, these may be a little heavier then some, but the temples and nose pieces are constructed to hang hung even when you’re dripping wet….no scratches in 4 pairs- except on the plastic frames when I’ve dropped them on the concrete at the landing….

    I have two pairs or costa delmar glasses. Their warranty is great. I have broke each pair twice and sent them in and they send me a new pair each time. They are fantastic.

    Good Luck
