I have a 2003 Tracker Targa V18 90 hp listed on this site and cant seem to get any interest. Am I priced too high? I thought I could get around $13,000 out of it and so interest. I have dropped a grand off and still nothing. What is it? RON

I would say that your location may have something to do with it. If it were farther north you would likely get more lookers. It may seem a bit under powered with the 90 on it. Don’t think you are way off on the price though. May be worth sitting on until spring when boat sales and prices pick up. Just my thoughts, and best of luck.

I run a tracker v17 pro guide with a 90 on it and I only paid 17K and some change brand new. some of the deals out there for new boats are what is hurting the resale of others. like it was said earlier, wait until next spring, wrong time of year to sell your boat, wait until next spring, might have some more lookers than.

I sold a boat this summer and it was not easy. The key I found was listing it as many places as possible and be as accommodating as possible to the lookers. Meet when it works for them, drive to them, let them drive the boat etc. Mine did not sell from this web site, but off the boat manufacturer’s home site. I’m not sure if Tracker has a used boat section or not. The advantage to listing it on the manufacturer’s home page is that you have people going there to specifically look at that brand.

I would also hold off until early next spring when people are looking to purchase a boat…. IMO it is kind of late in the year to be selling a boat now. Good Luck!

I have been looking for a boat in this range and I would say that you are in line with prices I’ve seen. as noted above location was the killer for me.
