Water levels Pools 4 & 5

What are the water levels like down on Pools 4 & 5? Can you get to the backwaters or is it too low?

I haven’t been down there lately, but Pool 4 is down And the backwaters are sketchy at best.

I was at pool 5 over the weekend and it looked very low. The cats were biting and the pan fish could be found in schools along the shoreline.

Thanks guys. I am coming down there in two weeks to fish for few days. Better bring spare prop, push pole and paddle just in case.
Is there a web site (DNR?)that gives the water level on polls 4 and 5?

There is a couple sites that show all the pool levels and flow. I lost them all with a computer upgrade. Someone will post them i’m sure. I frequent those pools often and they have been at a lower summer pool all year but nothing out of the ordinary. Take it slow and easy. You can get anywhere you need to if you know where your going.
