Help!!! Boating Rules on the Mississippi

I am in need of some info. Where on the net is there a site I can direct someone to help them with boating on the Mississippi. They need to know about channel markers and what side to stay on and how to pass and traffic…well, the whole nine yards.

Stay in the middle area of the river between the bouys and just like driving a car- keep to the right when driving down the middle of the river highway.
