    Thanks for the support Bill(and everyone else).

    This is IDA’s own “Fisher Sherry”. She is stable in the hospital now, currently recieving a blood transfusion as I type. I really dont want to get into details, but she has internal bleeding after a routine surgery that they cannot locate even after another exploritory surgery to try to locate the bleeding.

    The surgeons have not seen this before, and they hope the source has taken care of itself after failing to locate it(stopped bleeding on its own for now). She is in the hospital and will remain there under close watch until significant improvement has been made.

    She was released after her 1st surgery yesterday… only to be sent back to the hospital 15 minutes after she got home VIA ambulance with very poor vitals.

    Even though I have not had the pleasure to meet Sherry in person, I have gotten to know her through her posts here on IDA. She is in our prayers for a speedy recovery, tell her to get well and come back and keep these guys in line.

    She is still hanging in there, she hasnt had a chance to get out of bed yet(no energy and hurts to move at all). She recieved another blood transfusion last night which puts her up to 4 units of blood given, and her blood numbers are still lower than they should be.

    She cant open her eyes for long due to dizzyness, headache, and fatigue caused by the low blood supply. If all goes well she should be getting out of the hospital around sunday, if things improve dramaticly quickly, it could be earlier… if things havent improved enough it will be longer.

    She was through a similar thing not very long ago… she has a long recovery ahead of her even when she gets out of the hospital providing there arent any more problems. For now, I just hope she can gain the energy to get out of bed and move around some to avoid other potential problems that come with her situation.
