Can Anyone Help Me ?????????

I need some help guys, i bought a new boat , a 1999 Lund pro V, it didnt come with a trolling motor so i bought one outright a 24 vole minnkota maxxum, my problem is that the boat has a 4 prong power outlet for the trolling motor, and my Minn kota has a 3 prong adaptor, so can anyone tell me where to buy a 4 prong adaptor< or how i can make it work??

Any marine dealer or Gander Mountain should have the 4-prong.

However, what you will need to do is take a multi-meter and find out what is the positive and the negative prongs and which ones correlate to each other before you wire it up.

I’d go to the nearest boat dealer or repair facility

and see if they can help you out.

Otherwise you could order from Cabela’s, Bass Pro, or

the like.

Fleet farm also carries some plugs if there is one near

you.

Theres different 4 pole plugs. I have an 01 lund with a small “v” at the top of plug in my boat. Check it out before heading to marine store.
