I have made a study of walleye fishing while I was a young fisherman on the shores of the Mississippi and Wisconsin Rivers. Apart from the teachings of the “old river rats” I have to clearly state that there is but One method of catching walleyes and all otheres shall be deemed unworthy of discussion. From times begining the walleye fisherman depicted in ancient writings was a troller. A man of line and lure casting his lot upon the waters and retrieving slowly or dragging his offering upon the bottom. All other methods of capturing walleyes are imitations of trolling that will not let you achieve a higher level of oneness with the fish. I hope thet this news wont start a firestorm between the opposing factions of walleye fisherman but it needs to be said Trolling is the light walk towards the light…..

If a guy had a good internal fish radar, he wouldnt need to troll.
Troll-noun. An ugly short fairytale creature. verb. To aimlessly drag a lure and hope to score on the crapshoot…
