Wisconsin licensed plumber in DeSoto area?

    Hi guys the wife and I have a spot around DeSoto and want to see about putting in a holding tank for septic. I found out Wisconsin requires a licensed plumber so any recomendations?

    Does your property perk for anything better than a holding tank? Holding tanks are cheap to install but will nickle and dime you to death with all the pumping charges. Plus, they are only allowed when your perk test fails for at grade or a mound system.
