Sweet show about 18 wheelers driving on the “ice hwy” which is a plow road over 300 miles of lakes in the nw teritories. They start once the ice has 16″! They have this cool radar they drag behind a bombadiar that reads the ice thickness. Its on the history channel check it out!!!

Episode #2 is tonight at 9 CDT. I like that one guy with the big laugh, almost like Santa Claus or something.

Or when they get stuck going up a hill..cool show, but I think they embellish it quite a bit

I hesitate to take my f-150 in that much ice. Hope they pay REALLY well, cuz they couldn’t pay me enough.

I thought they said in the first show that they were on 26″ of ice.

I think Bob Carlson should get a “cool radar” machine to measure Mille Lacs thickness ice with. The one he uses now always adds “or so” to the thickness.
