I received a variety box of different hot sauces recently.

Other than chips and chicken nuggets, what could I use these for??

Thinking along the lines of some sort of dippers, not so much cooking with them.

    Thanks

On top of baked potatoes, or fries, almost anything if you like spice. I know people that like salsa and sour cream on steaks.

Tacos, hashbrowns, chinese or thai food. I love hot sauce, but unlike some people I won’t put it on anything. My Dad dumps it on eggs and all types of potatoes.

put a couple pounds of chicken wings in zipper bag add a couple cups of your hotsauce, let soak for a few days, then put on the grill, you can also add some of your favorite seasonings to the bag.

I actually like dipping my fried catfish in it. One day at work last summer i made some fried catfish for a couple older black women i worked with and they had hot sauce with it, and man was it good, so I’m hooked on it! A little salt and a little hot sauce, tastes great!

Fish fillets, but you’ve got to get out fishing first…

Try them in soups, like chili, vegetable beef even chicken soups. They can spice em up a little. Of course taste test first before adding too much or else it may be

What kind of pepper are the hot sauces made out of? Cheyenne, Chilli, Jalepeno, Chipotle(smoke Jalapeno), Habenero. I ask because this often determines what I use it on. My Crescent Wrench of hot sauces is “[censored] Kickin” Hot Sauce, Habenero based, goes on pretty much everything.

Get a big plate of biscuits and gray. Top it with a couple of eggs sunny side up. Juice it up with some hot sauce. Wash down with a cold one or bloody mary. What a way to start the day.
Cold steak and Tabasco makes a good lunch. Hard boil eggs go well.

Is it bad if I suggest hot sauce on Pickled Turkey Gizzards? Very tasty!
