    Hey anybody and everybody!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I have a friend who is trying to register and is having a heck of a time doing it. When we go to the “how to register” page nothing seems to be working there. In other words you can’t click on anything and get it to work. Can anyone help????????????

I think the ‘how to’ page just has some non-linked images showing what the main pages look like. If he’s on the main forum page, he should be able to click ‘new user’ – I’ll log out and check.

Hey Herb, I just tried it and it isn’t working. I’ll e-mail James and let him know something is wrong. Thanks, Bill

I just logged out and clicked ‘new user’ in the bar immediately above the forum list – typed in some info for my daughter and it gave me the

user has been registered, you will receive an email shortly and need to verify your acct or it will be deleted within 24 hours.

Are you guys running IE or Netscape? I know that netscape is a lot less forgiving sometimes.

Weird, I logged out this time and still couldn’t get it to work. Also had a different color board too. So I went back to the message board and then tried it again and it seems to work fine. Herb, have him try it again. Give it a couple minutes to download everything after he clicks on new user, then try to register. Thanks, Bill

The “how to” page is just a collection of screen shots. Nothing on that page is actually active.

Clicking on “New User” is the way to go. From there everything is very simple… as long as you give accurate info and reply to the validation e-mail that gets sent to complete the registration process, all is well. From what I can see everything is working as it should be and a check of the new user stats over the last 30 days shows nearly 100 new registrations.

By the way, if you’re logged in the “new user” link is NOT visible. If you’re trying to register a friend you must log out to go through the process. Holler if there’s any other problems.
