Even though this is a fishing/hunting website, I thought I would share with you the only thing that would keep me off the lakes and out of the woods.

I coach my sons basbeball team and he has managed to hit a couple of homeruns this year…both in the same game. But I thought I would just share some photo’s that were taken.

Very cool! Thanks for posting. He’s got a lot of determination on his face rounding three! Is that you coaching third?

Lefties have sweet swings….Edmonds, Donny baseball, Mauer, etc.

Thanks for being a coach, Dart. I started coaching my son in hockey when he was 4 years old. Now, I am still coaching basketball and soccer to both boys and girls. Oh, that first hockey team was over 40 years ago. And, my son has coached fast-pitch and basketball with his kids.
Fishing and coaching are the best!!!!!
    Thanks, again,

Great pics, i can’t wait for my little guy to get there, well.. yes i can cause now is fun too!

I agree, lefties have a sweet n smooth swing..But i once was standing in front of a mirror (everything reversed) to take a look at my swing. It looked just as smooth and sweet as a natural lefty. Dunno why but it did.. I’m surely teaching my little Nolan to swing from the left side of the plate.. Or whatever is more natural for him.. But i will make him aware at age 4 that it’s much easier getting a “full-ride” to D2 as a lefty vrs a righty. I’m sure he will comprehend what that means! Or maybe I could teach him to punt a football average net of 44 yards with a hang time of 4.9. That should do it as well.

Cougareye….yes that is me coaching third! I was telling him to run as fast as he can…and to make sure he touches home plate! Ya see, last season he hit his first one and there was no play at the plate…he crossed home plate and he might have missed it by an eyelash….so the other coach started screaming at the umpire (who is about 12 years old and had already called him safe) and finally SCARED the poor kid enough to reverse the call and called him out. Needless to say my son was bummed! But this year he made up for it!
