I have a friend who asks me today about these fish finders he see’s in the paper. He just has a flat bottom with a 15 horse on the back and he mostly uses it in the river. What would you guys throw on it if it was yours and you had a budget of less then $100?

I’ve noticed that Bottomline has several locators for under a hundred dollars also. I don’t have any personal experience with the Bottomline brand but the features looked decent for the money. Anyone know much about these units? I think Hummingbird might have a unit in that range and Eagle for alittle bit more money. All my experience is with the Eagle and Lowrance brands with I like very much. Please let us know what he chooses and how he likes it.
    Thanks, Bill
