1860 Ranger Angler

    I am thinking about selling my mr. pike and getting a new ranger 1860 angler. Anyone have one and what do you think of it?

    The 1860 is the first glass boat for me after owning several very good alumium boats.It took a long time to come to a decision on this particular boat and in all honesty came verrry close on another brand.The deciding factor for me, was the overall floorplan design which fit my particular styles of fishing.With just a handfull of outings thus far, I really like the ride and have noticed how well the boat tracks with the kicker and electric motor.The floorspace fishing area is very roomy and fisherman freindly and I really like the removable carpet feature.With that being said,the other boats I looked at were certainly good hulls as well,but the 1860 fit my style of fishing best for the budget I was looking at.So far, very satisfied!Good luck with your boat shopping!
