A friend has a bad steering cable on his 95 nitro with 150 hp merc, does anyone know where is the best place to order a couple new ones? and how much is he looking at? do you order them for the motor or for the boat? thanks

I would maybe suggest cabela’s or bass pro.
They will be cheaper than a dealer.
The no feedback is around 150, though I maybe would suggest
sea star hydraulic for no feedback!
Try the guys at Lake Holcombe marina. They are Sierra marine dealers, and I buy a lot of parts from them.
Sierra marine is the leading distributer of aftermarket marine parts without the high dealer cost.7155954633
Also try tim and mike henning-new and used outboard motor parts. they are 100times easier to deal with than twin city outboard. I think they are also sierra marine dealers-

p.s. this would be something you order for the motor but measure for the boat. if to confusing call me and i can help you out and get the parts you need. 2185310018cell
